Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker Chidi Uzomah just pled not guilty to one felony stalking charge and two misdemeanor charges of disobeying a court order.
The judge granted a protective order for Seacrest -- which states Uzomah must stay 500 yards away from the "American Idol" host.
Uzomah is accused of stalking Seacrest between September 15 and October 30 -- the day he was arrested at the E! building where Ryan does a daily radio and TV show.
Uzomah pled guilty to three misdemeanors back in September after he choked Ryan's bodyguard outside of a hospital in Orange County.
If convicted of the new charges, Uzomah faces a maximum of four years in state prison.
He's due back in court on November 16.

The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch possessed more gold, diamonds and drugs than King Midas ... this according to cops who raided the homes of the defendants. We just got hold of the return on the search warrant, and it's impressive.

Here's just a partial list of what cops found -- pearl-style necklace, several rings with yellow metal and white stones, a ring with white metal and green stones, a ring with yellow metal and red stones, a ring with yellow metal and green and white stones, a Marc Jacobs purse, a Louis Vuitton purse, 2 Chanel purses, 1 Hermes purse, a Steve Madden shopping bag, a Blackberry Edge cell phone and an LG cell phone, 4 pairs of BCBG and Marc Fisher heels, a pair of True Religion pants (which are connected to Rachel Bilson), 2 bottles of Paris Hilton perfume, 2 bottles of Chanel perfume, an Apple laptop, Gucci eyeglasses, Chanel eyeshadow, a Chanel makeup brush, Dior mascara, a Mexican passport, and a Washington State driver's license.
As TMZ first reported earlier today, cops also found a huge stash of drugs -- including cocaine, mushrooms and ecstasy.
The search warrant return also turned up a 3-page list found at Ajar's home -- with a description of "diamonds in bag." It lists 10 separate bags, totaling 42.94 carats. The list also references dozens of pieces of expensive jewelry including a Cartier watch, a Mont Blanc watch, dozens of diamond, gold and silver rings, a diamond bracelet, and several necklaces.

After a quick tease and a minor legal battle, the infamous DWI chair has returned to the internet auction block -- completely stripped of any corporate affiliation ... but it still costs an arm and a leg.

Late last night, Dennis LeRoy's once infamous La-Z-Boy-Mobile was back on eBay -- only this time it's being described as a "racing chair."
Bids for the chair had reached over $43,000 yesterday when eBay was forced to yank it from the auction block -- all because the La-Z-Boy corporation complained of trademark infringement.
Now, the chair has a fresh start and a new bidding deadline -- so, if you thought you missed your chance ... take a big, deep sigh of relief.
Cops claim the proceeds for the auction will go to benefit local taxpayers in Proctor, Minnesota.

Thomas Dekker -- the guy who played John Connor on the "Terminator" TV show -- has been charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his arrest last month.
The L.A. County City Attorney has decided to charge Dekker with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI -- after he allegedly boozed up and crashed his car into a 17-year-old who was riding his bike near a Freeway on-ramp.
The victim was treated for minor injuries -- Dekker was hauled to Van Nuys jail, where he eventually bailed out.
Dekker is set to be arraigned on Friday.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the search warrant in the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch caper -- and there's no doubt ... a lot was stolen.

The warrant identifies certain property presumed to have been stolen by members of the Bunch from various celeb homes. The items include, "hats, purses, pink duffel bag, gray duffel bag, gold watch, silver watch, silver necklace, sunglasses, luggage, coats, personal computers, laptop computers, cigarettes, gloves and scarves."
Cops were also on the hunt for any means of communication, "boasting about the burglaries." They were also afraid the bunch would learn the cops were on to them and destroy the evidence. Therefore, the police asked the judge to approve simultaneous searches of the suspects residences.
The warrant also gave cops permission to search for "narcotics, dangerous drugs, marijuana, and paraphernalia related to the use and/or sale of such substances such as hypodermic syringes, hypodermic needles ... spoons, balloons, condoms, measuring devices, badges, pipes, cutting agents ... as well as large sums of cash."
Law enforcement says members of the Bunch hit the homes of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom, and Brian Austin Green -- among others.
The L.A. County District Attorney has charged Nick Prugo, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames, Roy Lopez Jr. and Alexis Neiers in various residential burglaries.
Story developing ... We are about to publish what the cops found, so keep refreshing the page!

UPDATE: TMZ with a TSA rep who was on scene, who tells us, "There were ice chips in the cup, and that is permitted."
Britney Spears did what no one else we know has ever done at LAX -- she took a Big Gulp-esque drink through security and drank with aplomb as she walked to her plane.

We contacted a security specialist from the TSA who told us screeners have "discretion" when it comes to letting liquids through security.
But we've never met anyone who's ever been able to get anything close to a Big Gulp size of liquid through security.
So...

The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch may have been far more dangerous than first thought -- cops say one of the suspected members had built a serious arsenal of hardcore drugs, guns and ammunition.
Cops recently executed a search warrant on the L.A. home of Johnny "Dangerous" Ajar -- and what they found caused authorities to charge the 27-year-old with 10 felonies including:
-- Six counts possession for sale of a controlled substance ... cocaine, oxycodone, psilocybin (aka mushrooms), Ecstasy, Clonazepam (an anxiety pill), Alprazolam (aka Xanax).
-- Three counts possession of a firearm by a felon for two Sig Sauer 9MM handguns and a Remington shotgun.
-- One count possession of ammunition.
As we first reported, Ajar was convicted of trying to sell 500 grams of cocaine back in 2002 -- and spent over a year-and-a-half in a Wyoming prison.
Now, authorities say he's on the run and considered armed and dangerous.

They don't call him Jonnie Dangerous for nothing -- the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect (who's still on the run, no less) spent time in prison a few years ago for trying to slang massive amounts of coke.
Jonathan Ajar pled guilty in federal court in Wyoming in 2002 to possession with intent to distribute more than "500 grams of mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine," this according to court documents we obtained.
But get this ... as part of his plea, the second charge against Ajar was dropped -- which was the intent to sell roughly 35 POUNDS of marijuana.
Ajar was sentenced to 37 months in prison, four years supervised release and was forced to pay a measly $250 fine.
Ajar was behind bars from Feb. 20, 2003 until November 8, 2004 -- and lived in a halfway house after he was released.
As we first reported, Ajar was convicted of DUI earlier this year, busted for drug possession back in September ... and cops held up a wanted poster of him during a press conference about the Burglar Bunch case last week.

Kiefer Sutherland racked up the following $700 bar tab between 7am and 1pm. Yes, those times are correct.

We've learned the "24" star and members of the show's crew popped into The Spot in San Pedro, California last week after wrapping up a shoot nearby -- and they were ready to get their drink on.
According to an employee at the bar, Kiefer was throwing back scotch & Cokes and bought drinks for everybody in the joint -- roughly 30 people. The total damage: $500. No food ... all booze.
The drinks may have been stiff, but Kiefer wasn't -- we're told he tipped $200.
FYI: We're told Sutherland -- who has a few DUIs under his belt -- was responsible this time and used a designated driver when he left the bar.

NFL on CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz made one really bad call -- with a 29-year-old woman -- and it set a divorce in play that will cost him nearly a million bucks a year for the rest of his life.
A Connecticut judge ordered the famous announcer to pay his ex-wife $864,000 a year in alimony -- and the only way out is death ... or if his ex-wife remarries.
The judge's decision comes in light of Nantz's admission that he began dating a 29-year-old woman before he ended his 26 year marriage. Smooth...
Nantz also has to pay $1,000 a week in child support for their 15-year-old daughter for the next two years.
Jim's wife also gets the couple's Westport mansion -- no word if he gets to keep the couch he's probably been sleeping on.
Ultimately, the judge made Jim pay so much because he's loaded.

Joanna Krupa has got one hilarious foot fetish -- or at least she does in this laughable low budget fetish video from back in the day ... complete with more tickle torture than anyone should ever have to endure.

TMZ has learned the Playboy bombshell and "Dancing with the Stars" competitor scored the starring role of "Head Nurse Regina" in the foot fetish/tickle torture film "No Shoes No Mercy" back in 2003 ... probably for some extra cash before her big break.
In the video, Krupa starts off by unleashing her fingers of fury on her female tickle partner ... then gets tied down on the hospital bed for an awkwardly awesome session of her very own.
As for Krupa's tickle partner? That's Sarah Kozer -- a reality TV regular you might recognize as the runner-up from "Joe Millionaire."

Eddie and Alex Van Halen came from the same womb, played in the same legendary rock band ... and now they're driving identical $120,000 silver Audi R8s.
We're told the rock star brothers purchased their new rides last Friday at Keys Audi in Los Angeles -- but for some reason, Eddie was sent alone to ink the deal.
While Eddie may be the generous type, sources say the brothers each paid for their own.
Nothing like dropping a quarter mil on some family bonding.
